Recurring Activities

Some activities are periodically repeated. Examples include yearly contract renewals, quarterly customer nurture calls or monthly visits.

  • To make an activity recurring, set the frequency field next to the due date to anything other than Do not repeat.
  • When a recurring activity is completed, a new activity with the same settings is automatically created. The due date of this new activity is determined by the frequency field. For example, if a recurring activity for a customer visit is scheduled to take place every month, the new activity will have a due date one month from the day the previous activity was completed.
  • When you no longer want an activity to recur, simply set its frequency to Do not repeat, before completing it.
